I keep meaning to tell you that I was way off when it comes to moist wound healing. For some reason I still had the "old School" techniques in my head of letting it all dry out. Maybe my old LLL leader taught me that because she is an oldie but who knows???? But you are totally right, that moist wound healing, heals cracked nipples 50% faster than drying them out. duh. I've been doing my research and always learning....... sally p.s. this is a great post
I didn't realize it was 50% faster - wow. I do have to say though - I think personally, I feel better with air. I always give my clients both points of view and encourage them to do what feels best for them.
